I was in Maryland in August of 2011 for the first time, while on a road trip with my dad. We passed through the state twice. First, on our way to Virginia. The second time was while we were on our way from the District of Columbia to Pennsylvania.

In April of 2018, my 8th grade class took a trip to northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Maryland, and to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. While in Baltimore, we watched a Baltimore Orioles game.

The next morning, we then traveled to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
